Processing time of the shipment

All orders received before 00:00 EST will be processed within 1-7 business days except pre-order sales. No orders are dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

If the order volume is high, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

We only deliver to Canada, Free shipping for orders over $399.99
Once your product is shipped, delivery takes between 1-7 days. UPS, Canada Post, DHL and Purolator are used for shipping.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
